52 weeks of lyla

Week 46. Some weeks I struggle to get Lyla to stand still. Other weeks I can convince her to stay put for just a few moments but then I end up with so many good pictures I can't decide which one to share. I love how different aspects of her personality comes out in each picture.

It's a little hard to understand but do you see Lyla's hands in this picture? Whenever she is around strangers she frequently smiles and giggles at them, oftentimes trying to get their attention. Then when they look over at her and smile she tucks her hands up against her belly and sort of rubs them over her belly. Hard to explain but cute nonetheless.
Yeah for clapping. As soon as we start singing "If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands..." Lyla starts clapping. I love it!
