moving on

Monday we started giving Lyla pureed veggies. Yum... or yuck as she thought. She was not a fan of the green beans at all. Fortunately by day 2 she seemed to like them much better but day 1 was quite interesting.

Before she knew what she was getting into:
We had to keep putting the green beans back in on more than one occasion:


After about 4 bites she began to get really squirmy. We knew that was trouble:

Yes, her gag reflex is fully developed. It was pretty funny to see her gagging over the green beans:
She had quite a few faces of disgust:
By the end she was also getting sleepy so she kept rubbing her eyes. Fortunately it was bath night because she had the green beans ALL OVER her face and in her hair:

    I can't stop laughing out loud. What great pictures of the green bean experience!! LOVE it. And the pictures on the top of your page are priceless!!
