teeth

I thought I'd post a little update on how Lyla is doing. She's fine which I'm extreemly grateful for. Her teeth don't seem to bother her despite her constantly putting things in her mouth. We tried to limit that the first few days but her mouth should be healing up decently by now. The frustrating thing is that I don't think she learned her lesson because Saturday I caught her biting her high chair tray again. It happens when I turn to get her more food and I guess she gets bored during that extra long 2 seconds. I don't understand. If you click to enlarge the picture you can see her newly adjusted teeth. The camera angle must be off a little because it looks like her front teeth are off to the side but they really are in the middle. But you can see that the right one (her left) is sticking out front a bit. Looks like that will be its permanent spot until it falls out and she gets her adult tooth.
Speaking of teeth, you can finally see the top four teeth she's been getting the past few weeks. It will be fun to see her with so many teeth.
