One day when they were here we went to a local orchard to pick peaches and plums. It's so fun having so many good places to pick fruit around here! The peaches were wonderful!
We also went to the Bronx Zoo one day. We had a great time seeing all the animals. The zoo had a bunch of animals that you don't typically see which was neat.
Lyla especially enjoyed the seals and the monkeys. This seal thought it was fun to climb on the rock and jump off repeatedly. It was pretty funny to watch.
We ended up being in the city way longer than we planned and didn't get home until way later than originally planned. Kyle kept Lyla busy (or maybe I should say Lyla kept Kyle busy) by playing peek-a-boo with her lovie. Finally about 15 minutes before the train got into the station Lyla crashed. It was a great day!
The last day that they were here my parents then came to town. It's been a busy few weeks!
